Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:
We currently provide free standard shipping to eligible addresses within the United States.

Fulfillment Locations:
Orders are normally shipped from a U.S. fulfillment center. For large orders or when U.S. inventory is insufficient, orders may be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.
Customers do not need to select a fulfillment location. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Processing and Delivery:
Estimated processing and delivery times are:
• U.S. fulfillment center: processed within [1–2 business days] and delivered within [3–7 business days] after shipment.
• Manufacturing facility in China: processed within [3–5 business days] and delivered within [7–15 business days] after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be emailed after the order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays and Customs:
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated time, we will contact the customer with an updated estimate and available cancellation options.
Orders shipped from China may require customs processing. We will notify customers before shipment if additional import charges may apply.
